By completing this application, you agree that you will pay $35 for the membership and application fee. The application fee is $5 to process your membership and your membership fee is to secure your Cool Girl membership as well as receiving your CGU shirt.

To qualify you MUST:

• Approved Membership Application

You Will Receive An Email within a week to accept your membership agreement.

Becoming A Member:

•  You Will Be Attending Weekly Virtual Sessions 
• Attend Monthly In person Meet Ups (one on one or group)
• You will receive dates and times and locations for our monthly meet ups.
• We will have Check In's (5 mins)
